Sowton Business & Technology Centre in Capital Court, Sowton, and Matford Business Centre on the Marsh Barton Industrial Estate will be offering their new bundle to all tenants that sign a 12-month contract for a minimum two-desk office with occupancy before January 16, 2012.
Rental prices will now include a telephone line, a desk phone with voicemail facility, 500 free minutes from desk phones to 01 and 02 numbers, free calls back to their business centre plus 500 free mobile minutes and 50 texts from a Vodafone enabled SIM card
(handset not included), and a broadband connection with a fully maintained firewall.
Both business centres offer hi-tech facilities for businesses that do not want the expensive overheads of owning their own building, but still require a professional environment where they can work efficiently and can effectively entertain their clients.
